SCUBA Diving
Dive with the friendly crew at Grand Bahama Scuba on the world class “Theos Wreck”, with the Sharks at “Shark Junction” or just dive the many beautiful reefs.  If you are not a diver and wish to get certified they can do that for you over the course of a few days training and a series of training dives.  Located at the Ocean Reef Yacht Club a short 15 minute walk or 3 minute car ride away.  If you are booking dives or taking the certification course they will pick you up and drop you off at Coral Beach!  They also offer snorkeling. Golf
There are several championship golf courses on the Island.  “Our Lucaya” has the closest and newest course that is nearby right off Seahorse Road.

Dolphin Encounter
Try the Dolphin encounter or Swim with the Dolphins at UNEXSO.  A great thrill!  To do this you will need to book and pay ahead of your arrival.  Both are a bit pricey but a once in a lifetime experience.

National Parks and Beaches
Lucayan National Park - See the caves and walk through the mangroves.  The beach is beautiful and the snorkeling great.  Bring your own snorkel gear. 
Garden of the Groves - Twelve acres of beauty, cascading waterfalls, botanical gardens, scenic trails, a petting zoo with animals and tropical birds to feed and take photos with make this attraction a delight for kids of all ages. A favorite spot for Weddings http://www.gardenofthegroves.com
Rand Nature Center - Visit the Garden of the Groves and the Rand Nature Center.  Hike through these beautiful areas and learn about nature on the island.
